We call and text about the request you made, and nothing else. Here is how it works and how to stop it.
Who sends the messages, and why
AMG Duct Cleaning calls and texts only about a request you made: to confirm what you asked for, to agree a date and a time window, to tell you the crew is on the way, and to follow up on the work. We do not send marketing texts, and we do not place automated marketing calls, to people who contact us through this website.
How you agree
You agree when you check the consent box on our estimate or booking form, when you send a call-back request from the chat, or when you call or text us first. The consent box reads: you agree that AMG Duct Cleaning may call, text or email you at the phone number and email you provided about your request. Consent is not a condition of purchase. If you would rather not be texted, call us at (877) 824-9359 and we will take your request by voice.
How many messages, and what they cost
Message frequency varies with your request. One job usually means a handful of messages around the visit, and none after it is finished. AMG does not charge for texts. Message and data rates may apply under your own mobile plan.
How to stop, and how to get help
- Reply STOP to any text. You receive one confirmation and no further texts.
- Reply HELP to any text, or call (877) 824-9359, for help.
- To stop calls, tell us on the call, or email info@amgductcleaning.com.
- We honor a withdrawal within ten business days, and usually at once.
Delivery
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. If a text matters, for example a change to your time window, we also call.
Your number stays with us
We do not sell your phone number or your consent, and we do not share them with anyone for their own marketing. The providers that help us deliver a message receive only what they need to deliver it. Our privacy policy explains what we collect and how long we keep it.
The law behind this page
Calls and texts to United States phone numbers are governed by the federal Telephone Consumer Protection Act and the rules the Federal Communications Commission makes under it. This page describes how we follow them.
