How we work
We look before we quote, and we tell you what we find.
Most duct companies price by square footage over the phone. We count supplies and returns, find the air handler and check access first, because a two-storey colonial in Westfield with fourteen supplies is a different job from a ranch in Edison with two air handlers, whatever the square footage says.
The second habit that matters is the camera. Every job is photographed inside the system, before and after. That is not marketing: it is the only way a homeowner can verify work that happens entirely inside a wall. It also keeps us honest, because a photograph of a duct we did not clean properly is a photograph of a duct we did not clean properly.
The third is saying no. There are houses where the ducts are fine and the filter is the problem, dryer lines where the hood needs replacing rather than another clean, and chimneys where the right next call is a mason rather than a sweep. You will hear that from us, and it is the reason people call us back.
