Who this covers
This policy covers AMG Duct Cleaning, operating in New Jersey, and the website at amgductcleaning.com.
What we collect
If you complete the estimate form, we receive the name, phone number, email address, town, service type and description you enter, together with the page you submitted from and any campaign parameters present in the link you arrived through.
If you call or email us, we hold whatever you tell us in that conversation, which is normally your contact details and the details of the work.
We do not ask for payment details through this website and you should never send them by email.
Why we collect it
To respond to your request, prepare an estimate, schedule the work and keep a record of what was quoted and what was done. We also keep the before and after photographs of the work we carry out, because they are the record of the job.
Where the form sends your details
The estimate form posts to our customer-management system, which runs on lunos-app.com, so that the enquiry reaches the person who will answer it. That is the only place your form details go, and it is the only company involved in handling them on our behalf.
Analytics
This site uses Google Analytics 4 to count visits and see which pages people read. It records the page you are on, roughly where in the world you are, and what kind of device and browser you used. It does not record your name, your phone number or anything you type into the form.
Two settings are turned on deliberately: your IP address is shortened before it is stored, and Google Signals is switched off, so your visit is not added to an advertising audience or matched to a Google account across other sites. We run no advertising pixel and no social tracking script of any kind.
You can opt out for every site at once withGoogle’s own browser add-on, or by turning on your browser’s tracking protection.
What is loaded from other companies
Every font, stylesheet and photograph of our own work is served from this domain. Three things come from elsewhere, and only these three:
- the Google Analytics tag described above;
- the reviewers’ profile pictures in the reviews section, which are served by Google from their own accounts;
- the map on the home page, which is loaded from Google Maps as you scroll down to it — never before.
Nothing else on these pages contacts another company. The only other off-domain request the site makes is the one that sends your form, at the moment you submit it.
Cookies
This website sets no cookies of its own. Google Analytics sets its own cookies to tell one visit from another; they identify a browser, not a person, and we cannot use them to look you up. Opening the map sets cookies belonging to Google Maps.
Who we share it with
Our customer-management system, as described above, and otherwise nobody except where we need a supplier to do the work you asked for, or where the law requires it. We do not sell contact details, and we do not pass them to lead brokers.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become work are kept while they are still useful and then deleted. Records of completed work, including job photographs, are kept for as long as we may need them for warranty, insurance or tax purposes.
Your choices

If you asked us to contact you and change your mind, tell us and we will stop.
Security
This site is served over HTTPS. No system is perfect, and we hold as little as we can get away with, which is the most effective protection available to a company our size.
Children
This website is aimed at property owners and managers. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
