Repair territory
Isolated leaks, single disconnected runs, crushed sections, and missing insulation are all standard repair territory. Sealed properly, the work lasts decades.
Partial replacement
When one zone is consistently underperforming or has chronic leakage across many seams, replacing that branch is often more cost-effective than chasing leaks across dozens of joints.
Full replacement
Original ducts over 25 years old, undersized for the current HVAC equipment, or with widespread interior contamination usually warrant full replacement rather than ongoing repair.
