Setup and protection
Before any equipment runs, the crew walks the home, identifies every supply and return, and lays down floor protection from the door to the air handler.
Source-removal cleaning
The system is put under negative pressure with a HEPA-filtered vacuum. Then each individual run is agitated with brushes or compressed-air whips so the debris pulls toward the vacuum rather than scattering into the home.
Coil, blower, and finish
A real cleaning includes the evaporator coil and the blower wheel — that's where most of the residue sits. The job finishes with a fresh high-MERV filter and before/after photos of every component cleaned.
